Design + Build Contracting is one of the most cost-effective and timely methods of project delivery. The Design + Build process is completely interactive, offering the Owner as much information as required with no surprises.
The Design + Build process begins with establishing a program for the project between us and the Owner. The Program and all its component parts are assigned values using a menu-like list directly compared to the Owner’s budget expectations. Once the Owner confirms the design and budget expectations, a final BUDGET and PLAN are created.
